Be put in a holding cell.

STEP 3

Within 24 hours be brought into a small room. You will be asked around seven personal questions that involve you and your family’s crime history, where you live, and nothing about the crime you have committed.You Are not allowed any represenation during this questioning.

STEP 4

Between four to six bail commissioners will decide a bail amount. They have standard amounts of bail based on crime, but they are not bound to these standards.

STEP 5

Somehow pay bail, or stay in jail awaiting your trial.
